Nothing. MBS Practice Management, Inc. charges no up-front costs.

What are the normal fees charged for MBS's services?

MBS Practice Management, Inc. works purely on a contingency basis. We work harder to collect your money since WE DON’T GET PAID UNTIL YOU DO! Depending on the volume of your practice and the services you request, MBS will charge a percentage of the total amount collected.

How long does it take to set up a new provider/client with MBS?

MBS Practice Management, Inc. begins working on your account immediately and you’ll be up as soon as the appropriate “approvals” to submit electronically with MBS are completed.

How do we get information to MBS?

Currently, MBS Practice Management, Inc. receives data via our online HIPPA-compliant filing cabinet, US mail, fax, or messenger services.

What is the normal turnaround time to process/submit our claims?

Within 1-2 Business Days.

How often does MBS call insurance companies for non-payment of claims?

MBS Practice Management, Inc. isolates your unpaid claims which are 45 days old and calls the appropriate insurance company to check on the status of your claim.

Where do our patients call with questions about their bills?

MBS Practice Management, Inc. receives all inquiries from your patients. We free up your staff to do what they do best…care for your patients!
